Properties We Manage

Our company has had a property management division for over twenty two years and has the expertise and experience to manage your rental properties. Our company currently manages properties for individuals, companies, institutional owners and local non-profit organizations. The properties under management range from high rise commercial buildings, restaurants, marinas, industrial warehouses, medical facilities, HOAs, apartment complexes and single family homes.

We are able to work efficiently for all operations of the properties, including marketing, resident selection, rent collections, maintenance and accounting. We are able to offer both ACH and credit card rental payments and use a customized Quick Books based accounting platform for all of our financial accounting and reporting.

We have excellent sources for preferential pricing with many suppliers and vendors who can quickly and efficiently get necessary work completed. We have a 24 hour emergency line, seven days a week for any after hour emergencies which may occur.

Jacob Real Estate Services, Inc. is properly insured with General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Crime and Workman’s Compensation Insurance.

In late Summer of each year, we also review the tax assessments for the properties we manage to determine whether or not it is necessary to file an appeal to reduce the assessments, and we have enjoyed an excellent success rate in controlling costs for our clients.
